By creating an account, assigning assessments, or completing diagnostic evaluations on Holistic Quotient, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease all access and platform usage.

Holistic Quotient provides advanced cognitive, behavioral, and technical skill validation diagnostics. Tests are designed to measure core capacities in real-time using computerized adaptive scoring systems.

Platform metrics are indicative and configured under professional methodologies, but do not replace comprehensive psychological evaluations or definitive employment guarantees.

To keep testing environments secure and fair, users agree to the following obligations:

• Account Safety: You must protect user login credentials and are responsible for all actions occurring under your account profile.
• Testing Integrity: Candidates taking assessments must answer questions independently without external aids, calculators (unless specified), browser extensions, or automated assistance tools.
• Organization Compliance: Companies initiating tests must confirm that candidate evaluation workflows align with local labor laws, non-discrimination regulations, and privacy consent frameworks.

All platform contents—including questions, logical models, algorithms, design systems, layouts, brand identifiers, and scoring metrics—are the exclusive intellectual property of Holistic Quotient. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or reuse our testing frameworks without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Holistic Quotient, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Employment or placement decisions made based on diagnostic test reports.
• Interruption, downtime, or temporary unavailability of our testing servers.
• Failure of candidates to achieve desired scores or percentiles.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
